Was a convenient base for trip. The rooms were generous sized and attractive with private bathroom. The staff were ready to help, always very helpful and affable. Location: the hotel was close to Cancun and a Theme park. I checked out snorkling, that was set a 10-15 minute walking distance from the property...

This hotel is a hidden gem, located away from the main tourist areas in a beautiful tropical garden in the middle of the jungle. The hotel facilities are great, with a swimming pool and a big kitchen. It is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is amazing. They helped me with transportation and set me up with a guide for an incredible turtle snorkeling trip. The location is perfect - only a short trip to the stunning Akumal beach.

What a wonderful experience! The bungalow was spacious, comfy and had all the amenities we needed. The tropical garden had a lovely pool to cool off in, and there were plenty of sunbeds for us to lounge on. The owners were incredibly friendly, even helping us with languages they fluently spoke. We enjoyed shared dinner and the breakfast was tasty, satisfying and very affordable.

I loved my stay at Maya Eco Village! The bungalow was incredibly spacious and the pool area felt like a slice of paradise in the jungle. The owner/cook prepared delicious and healthy meals at a reasonable price. Breakfast was fantastic too, with a great selection of fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs. The staff were friendly and eager to help, despite the language barrier. The peacefulness of the facility was just what I needed for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful surroundings, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality.

I had the most amazing stay at this beautiful, comfortable place close to nature. The Eco Village is a hidden gem nestled in the woods, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. The gardens were absolutely stunning, and I loved spending time by the lovely pool. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the breakfast was simply amazing. The room had everything I needed, including a big comfortable bed and a fridge. It felt so good to be surrounded by nature and away from the crowds. Although it was a bit far from the beach, the peacefulness of the jungle made up for it. I highly recommend this place for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Our Christmas stay was lovely with two complimentary meals, and the hotel's location was excellent for exploring the nearby area. the hotel was also situated in a quiet area, which we found to be a nice bonus. We enjoyed the comfortable bed and slept soundly all night.
That being said, the lack of on-site dining options was a downside and meant we had to go out of our way for meals. finding the hotel was a bit tricky and required some extra effort to locate.

Our stay at this jungle retreat was a wonderful experience. The lush garden surrounding our cabin was teeming with beautiful birds, butterflies, and lizards. We loved sitting on our veranda and enjoying the natural surroundings. The rooms were spacious and clean, while the hospitality of the staff was impeccable. The owner even helped us set up a guided turtle snorkeling tour. If you are looking for a serene retreat away from the main tourist areas, this is the place for you.
The breakfast options were a little limited, but we discovered that there were more options on the menu that we weren't told about.
